Step X — Shipping Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
At Step X, we aim to make your order process simple and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment has been received.
Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
South Africa: approximately 8–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather, customs procedures, supplier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where an order is supplied directly by a third-party supplier, delivery times may vary.
3. Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, Step X may offer promotions such as free shipping or discounted delivery.
4. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after an order has been handed to the courier.
5. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel needs to be redirected or re-shipped, additional delivery costs may apply where permitted by law.
6. Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at:
Email: stepxmanagement@gmail.com
Please provide your order number and the email address used when placing the order so that we can investigate the delivery.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the packaging and product where appropriate.
If an order is confirmed as lost during delivery, Step X will work with the relevant delivery provider or supplier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
8. International Orders
At this time, Step X primarily serves customers in South Africa.
If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, delivery times, customs requirements and duties will be communicated during checkout or through the applicable shipping information.
9. Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control
Step X is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, strikes, extreme weather, public holidays, customs delays, supplier disruptions or other unforeseen events.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues.
10. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or removes any rights that customers have under applicable South African law.
Where applicable, South African electronic transactions provide statutory protections regarding fulfilment of orders, cancellations and refunds. (Government of South Africa)
